The program will begin at 11:30 a.m. in Montgomery Hall in the Gantz Center. Norwood will speak on “African Americans and Labor.” All NOC students, faculty, staff, and the public are invited. They do not meet in June, July or August. They hold informal critique sessions in private homes all year long. All area writers are welcome. You do not have to join to attend your first meeting. The Northwest Regional Powerlifting takes place in the high school gym beginning on Wednesday with the JH, Thursday Large HS and Friday Small HS. This year they will have more than 60 schools from NW Oklahoma represented and over 1,000 athletes competing.
