1 event,![]() It's time for the 94th Tri-State Music Festival from April 27 to May 1! Solos and ensembles will compete at locations throughout Enid. Marching is now performed in the fall during the Field Marching Contest. Tri-State History About eight or ten bands got together for the first Phillips Band Day in 1932.
