Register for the Oklahoma Creative Aging Exchange III

ENID, OK - The Oklahoma Arts Council is pleased to present the third iteration of the Oklahoma Creative Aging Exchange, bringing individuals in the health, aging, and social service fields together with arts organizations and artists for a day of connecting and learning about resources for organizing successful creative aging programs. The day-long event will take place in Enid on Friday, May 2.

A growing area of arts programming, creative aging offers promising results for improving the lives of older adults. During the Oklahoma Creative Aging Exchange, the Oklahoma Arts Council will present guest speakers and panelists who will discuss the ways creative aging enriches quality of life, boosts well-being, and engages creative and critical thinking skills for this fast-growing segment of the population. Model programs will be highlighted, and a workshop will help attendees learn how to apply for funding to support their creative aging programs.

Part of the agency's Oklahoma Creative Aging Initiative, the day will be an ideal chance to network, exchange ideas, and get further equipped for using the arts to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Oklahomans.

There is no cost to attend, and lunch will be provided. View the schedule and register below.
