Funeral services for Phillis Gene Stephens, 71, Enid resident, will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at 10:00 am in the Stittsworth Memory Chapel with Pastor David Jones offficiating. Arrangements are under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service.

Phillis was born on October 29, 1948 in Covington, Oklahoma, the daughter of W.G. and Marie Lane Stevison, and passed away suddenly on February 20, 2020 in Enid.
