A celebration of life gathering for Danita (Bug) Glover, 28, will be held Friday. April 25, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the Enid Moose Lodge. Viewing will be Thursday at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home & Crematory.
Danita was born on September 5, 1996, in Ft Smith, Arkansas to Anthony Troy Glover and Polly Ann (Underwood) Benson and passed away at home in Enid on April 20, 2025.
Danita was a true light in everyone’s life. I can guarantee every single time you saw her she had some off-the-wall thing to say so you could laugh together. She had been through a lot of struggles in her 28 years of life, but she overcame all of them with grace. She always rolled with the punches that life threw at her and the family was always there to help with any barriers she may have faced. Her pride and joy was her daughter, Luna Dee Ann Parrish. She showed her day in and day out how much she loved and cared for her. Nita was Luna’s number one fan. She was such a caring person, and she helped with her sister, Madilyn, all the time. Madilyn was a huge part of Nita’s life, and she loved her so much. Nita poured her heart and soul into her family and friends.
Danita is survived by her father, Anthony Troy Glover and wife KJ; daughter Luna Parrish; grandmother Patricia Prado; aunt Dawn Glover; uncles Kevin Glover & wife Nancy, Shane Glover & wife Karey; sisters Laci Duffy & wife Carlie, Patricia Glover, Abigail Glover, Madilyn Heim, & Emma Lytle; nieces Brenna Jackson and Landree Duffy; nephews Dayson & Karsen Price; cousins Ashlyn & Jackson Soechting, Weston McCartney, Morgan & Grant Glover and wife Chelsea, Carsten, Jace, & Lucas Glover. And a ton of friends that she has considered family over the years.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Polly Ann (Underwood) Benson and grandpa George Milton Glover, Jr.
