Private family graveside service for Bill Melson, 59 of Lahoma will be Monday, August 16, 2021 in Calvary Cemetery with Deacon Val Ross officiating. Arrangements by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.
Bill was born June 9, 1962 in Germany to William Allen Melson, Jr. and Maria Luise Weth Melson and died on August 12, 2021 at his home in Lahoma, after battling stage 4 cancer. He grew up in Germany and came to Enid in 1980. Bill enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1980 and retired from in 1996. After his retirement, he made his home in Lahoma. Bill worked for Luckinbill and later NAPA.
He is survived by his parents Allen and Maria Melson; two brothers, Gerald Melson and Charles Melson and wife, Gina; two nephews, Joshua and Michael.
