ENID, OK - EPS is partnering with Garfield County Health Department to offer the COVID vaccine to students 16 and older. If your student is fully vaccinated they will be exempt from quarantine.
What: COVID-19 Vaccine - Pfizer Vaccine for Ages 16 and up
When: Wednesday, April 28, 3:30pm-5:30pm (Second Doses will automatically be scheduled for May 19th)
Where: EHS new gym
What do you need: a parent must be present if under 18.

Invitation code M4B3M5001205B4W9P1 will give access to the exclusive appointments reserved for Garfield County Students on location for our mobile COVID-19 vaccine pod.
First, register on the COVID-19 questionnaire at: https://vaccinate.oklahoma.gov/en-US/
Second, copy and paste and enter the following invitation Code Upon Registering: M4B3M5001205B4W9P1

• If you have previously registered in the vaccine portal, use the link you were sent from OSDH in your email that says “Click Here to book appointment” and enter the code through that link.
