The services celebrating and honoring the life of Mr. Steven L. Otto, 58, of Wichita, Kansas, formerly of Enid, will be held 10:00 A.M. Wednesday March 21, 2018 in the Brown-Cummings Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Michael Frisbie officiating. Services and complete cremation care are under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.

He was born October 21, 1959 to Robert L. Otto and Mary C. Grogan in Kentucky, and passed from this life on March 15, 2018 in Wichita, Kansas. He was raised in a military family. He lived in Long Beach, California and then in Germany where he graduated from High School in 1978. He then moved to Enid and joined the United States Army until he was honorably discharged. He married Joylene Bagshaw in Enid and from this union came his daughter. He was fully medical disabled but always worked as he could. In 1993, he moved to Wichita, Kansas.

He is survived by his former wife; Sherry Otto of Wichita, Kansas, siblings; Cheryl Axelson of Baytown, Texas, Carl Otto and Dave Lewis of Tampa, Florida, Michelle Adams and husband Warren of Enid, Oklahoma, daughter; Lisa Smith, and husband Sean, their daughter Shantel and soon to be great-grandchild of Enid, Oklahoma.

He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter; Christine Otto, brother; Robert J. Otto, niece; Amber Briggs, and great-nephew; Buck Bules.
