A private family service for Stephanie Merz, 51 will be held this week. Celebration of Life service will be at a later date. Cremation arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory.

Stephanie was born on August 9, 1968 in Oklahoma City to Gary and Becky Roebuck and died April 5, 2020 at her home with her family by her side.

She was a reading interventionist at Coolidge Elementary and a member of the First Baptist Church, Enid. On July 20, 1991, Stephanie married John Merz and they made their home in Enid.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ralph and Betty Smith, Wanda and Hugh Holly, Aunt, Kim Banfield.

Stephanie is survived by her husband, John; daughters, Cara and husband, Nick Stowers and Audrey Merz; granddaughter, Jane Stowers; parents, Gary and Becky Roebuck; in-laws, Jay and Carol Merz; Sisters and husbands, Amy and Richard Keele and Holly and Chuck Roberts; sisters-in-law, Dana Merz and Susan and husband, Vic Dean; other relatives and many friends.
