Rural Health Projects Launches AccessMeCare Platform

OKLAHOMA - Rural Health Projects launched AccessMeCare to address and improve the access to care for community members living in Northwestern Oklahoma. AccessMeCare™ “One-Stop-Shop” Platform functions as a virtual Social Worker to help Individuals, Agencies, Educators, and Organizations navigate and refer clients to participating Organization resources.

Since the launch of Rural Health Projects AccessMeCare Platform they have Onboarded:
• 24 Organizations
• 12 Services/Programs
• 61 Vaccination Sites

Rural communities are disproportionately affected by 7-day COVID-19 case rates and death rates. These rural communities continually outpace their urban and suburban counterparts in other parts of Oklahoma and the United States. Underserved and economically marginalized rural communities are particularly susceptible to COVID-19 infection and mortality. This is especially true for Oklahomans.

For those new to AccessMeCare™, this application helps the members of our community obtain easier access to a greater level of healthcare and social services.

By using AccessMeCare™, anyone – anywhere – can now plan care or find a vaccination site for a friend, family member, loved one, client, or patient.
