Ronald Parker

September 1, 1962 — March 7, 2025

The services celebrating and honoring the life of Ronald Parker, 62, of Enid, will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday April 26, 2025 in the Brown-Cummings Chapel under the direction of Brown-Cummings, A Life Celebration Home.

Ronald was born on September 1, 1962, to Dean and Sylvia in El Mirage, Arizona, and passed with his wife and daughters by his side, on March 7, 2025, in Enid, Oklahoma.

He was raised and educated in Arizona. At the age of 17, he moved to Oklahoma and began working in the oil fields. During that time, he met his wife, Lea Ann, and their adventure together began. After the birth of their daughters, they relocated many times, calling various states home, including California, Arizona, and Oklahoma.

Ronald worked as a painting contractor following his time in the oil fields until the late 1990s. It was then that he embraced entrepreneurship by founding Two Brothers Painting in Arizona with his brother, Randy Parker.

In 2009, Ronald and Lea Ann made the decision to settle in Enid, Oklahoma. He found fulfillment working at Nicholas Investors and Real Estate as the maintenance supervisor, where he built meaningful friendships with his work family.

Ronald had a passion for ATV off-road riding, camping, gold panning, fishing, and making cherished memories with his family at Disneyland. His kindness, warmth, and genuine love for others profoundly impacted who knew him. Ronald loved the Lord Jesus and devoted his life to sharing that love and the gospel with strangers, friends, and family.

He is survived by his loving wife, Lea Ann Parker, of the home; his daughters, Tara Moyle and her spouse Michael Moyle, and Mindy Nafus and her spouse Robert Nafus; his mother Sylvia and step-dad (Pops) Sisto Benavidez; his siblings Barbara, Deena, Kenny, Randy, Kim, and Tamra, along with their significant others and children; and his beloved grandchildren Noah, Andrew, Tamoy, and Nariah, who were his pride and joy.

He was preceded in death by his precious daughter Tasha Koehl Parker and his father Dean Parker; his grandparents Guy and Lucie Dawson; his nephew Shannon Parker; and his niece Shelly Skaggs.

Ronald's life was a beautiful testament of love, faith, and resilience. His warmth, generosity, and unwavering faith inspired everyone who knew him. He poured his heart into his family, friends, his work, and his faith, leaving a lasting impact on all who were blessed to cross his path. His memory will be cherished forever.

Scripture of Comfort

“To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven: A time to be born, And a time to die; A time to plant, And a time to pluck what is planted; A time to kill, And a time to heal; A time to break down, And a time to build up; A time to weep, And a time to laugh; A time to mourn, And a time to dance; A time to cast away stones, And a time to gather stones; A time to embrace, And a time to refrain from embracing; A time to gain, And a time to lose; A time to keep, And a time to throw away; A time to tear, And a time to sew; A time to keep silence, And a time to speak; A time to love, And a time to hate; A time of war, And a time of peace.”

— Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 (NKJV)

Though Ronald’s earthly journey has come to an end, his legacy of love, kindness, and faith continues to shine brightly in the hearts of all whose lives he has impacted.
