Ronald Kugel was born on July 29, 1941 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to William Robert and Louise Mary (Schmitz) Kugel and passed away on October 15, 2022 in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
Ronald graduated from North Minneapolis High School and then attended Hennipen County Technical College for Culinary Arts and began a chef. He worked as a chef at Hawkeye Community College and owned his own restaurant the Flamingo. He also lived and worked in Iowa. On June 30, 1990 he married Shirley and they moved to Enid in 2007. While in Enid he worked at Kinder Konnection as a cook. After Shirley’s passing he married Heather on September 9, 2017.
Ronald is survived by his wife Heather, 5 children, 7 step children, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sons, and 5 siblings.
