Richard Allen Seng passed away at the age of 69 in The Villages Florida on March 3, 2025. Richard’s life started on February 13, 1956. He was raised in Enid, Oklahoma and was a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Agronomy. He was a golf course superintendent for American Golf Corporation and worked on courses in Long Beach, California, Las Vegas, Nevada, and Dallas, Texas.
While in Dallas he met Sally Andrews and they were married on July 26, 1993. Upon marrying they moved to Vancouver, Washington where they raised their two daughters Danielle and Jenna.
Richard retired from Spectrum in Vancouver, WA 2019. He had an entrepreneurial spirit. He created and provided content for a very successful YouTube channel called Wisdom Investor for over 10 years. He also started a software filter company called All Software Tools which protected children from viewing inappropriate images online. His website was highly regarded by parents from all over the world.
Richard is loved and missed each day by his family. He was an amazing husband, father, and a great man of God, who worked tirelessly to study God’s Word and to teach others about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Richard is survived by his wife Sally and his two daughters Danielle of Miami FL and Jenna of Los Angeles, California. His brothers, John (Charlotte), Tom (Julie), and David (Lisha) Seng, nephew Tyson, and nieces, Aly, Sophie, and Lilly Seng.
Richard and Sally moved to The Villages Florida in 2023.
