Raelene V. "Ginny" Tripp

The funeral service for Raelene V. “Ginny” Tripp will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at Henninger~Hinson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Cherokee Cemetery.

Ginny was born December 3, 1953 in Enid to Ray and LeDora Elizabeth (Owsley) Viers and passed away October 19, 2019 at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Ginny graduated Enid High School in 1974 and worked as a beautician, childcare assistant and later was a dedicated homemaker. On December 13, 1973, she married John Tripp in Enid where the couple made it their home.

She enjoyed gardening including house plants, fishing and camping, CB radio emergency monitoring, scrapbooking and making greeting cards. But most of all she loved being with her family and friends.

Ginny is survived by her husband, John; son, George Tripp and wife, Katherine; three grandsons, Nathan, Adam and Matthew Tripp; one uncle, Lindsey Owsley.

She was preceded in death by her parents; twin daughters, Eugina and Regina; one uncle and one aunt.

Memorials may be to OMRF (Diabetes) Division with the funeral home acting as custodian of the fund.
