Patsy Ann Hart (Snow)

A Memorial service for Patsy Hart, 87, of Enid, will be held 10:00 am, Monday, January 22, 2024 at Ladusau Evans Funeral Home Chapel with Gordon Jantz officiating. Cremation arrangements and services are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory.

Patsy Ann Hart was born on November 23, 1936 in Van Buren, Arkansas to Elliot and Frankie Snow. She passed away January 12, 2024, at Greenbrier Nursing Home. She was the second oldest of five children. She attended Pleasant Grove School. Pat married OJ Hart in 1953, and to this marriage four children were born-Vicki, Jimmy, Steven, and Donna. They became a very athletic family. Pat loved to attend all of their sports activities and continued this with her grandchildren. Pat was an avid golfer and won many awards. She also loved to sing; she sang at many funerals, weddings and loved to serenade you in the car. She loved all types of music, especially Elvis. Pat spent most of her years being a housewife and fantastic mother. When she moved to Oklahoma City for a period of time, she was a medical secretary at Southwest Medical Hospital. She received recognition for her 15- year tenure there. She moved back to Enid and resided at Burgundy Place for 13 years. Her final two years were spent at Greenbrier Nursing Home. She was always the life of the party and her positive attitude was always contagious.

Patsy is preceded in death by her parents, Elliot and Frankie Snow, her brother Charles Snow and two great-grandchildren. She is survived by her brother, Jerry Snow and twin siblings, sister Linda Slack and brother Johnny Snow. Four children also survive her; daughter Vicki Karr (Jack) of Little Elm, TX, son Jimmy Hart (Shelby) of Newcastle, OK, son Steven Hart (Connie) of Enid, OK, and daughter Donna Chelf (Randy) of Enid, OK. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Shannon Eischen (Rodney), Chase Hart (Amanda), Justin Karr (Kylie), Colby Rycroft (Austin), Colton Chelf (Ashley), Kari Jones (J), Clint Chelf (Mary), Seth Sturgeon (Emily), Ericka Nault (Landon), Courtney Lack (Jarrod);as well as twenty great-grandchildren, and two more arriving in 2024.

She was a member of the 8th and Main Church of Christ for many years. She was a dedicated follower of Christ and enjoyed bringing her kids to church even in snowstorms. She also enjoyed teaching Sunday school and served as church secretary. When she moved back to Enid, she attended Garland Road Church of Christ.

Memorials donations in Patsy’s name can be made to her home church, Garland Road Church of Christ or to Hospice Circle of Love with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
