Party Friendz Is Delighting Kids All Over Enid
Enid has a business that is full of character! Literally! Last year during a First Friday, we were walking down the sidewalk in downtown Enid and ran smack dab into a large crowd of famous giant cartoon characters.
The kids in the area were going crazy and parents were frantically taking pictures. We had no idea what was going on thought maybe it was a cartoon flash mob.
We were later pleasantly surprised to find out that Cindy Wilcoxen has opened up a cartoon character rental business right here in Enid, Oklahoma. She opened in November of 2014 with only 9 characters and currently has 43 characters and counting! Her staff is ready to appear at your next birthday party or event. Her fun business is called Party Friendz.
A few of the characters include a Teenage Ninja Turtle, Winnie the Pooh, Elmo, Spider-Man, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Santa Claus, Despicable Me Minion, an Angry Red Bird, Easter Bunny and many more!
As general idea for parties they have the mascot characters dance to interactive and game type songs with the children, pose for pictures, and participate in the birthday singing. The characters can talk a little if requested, but keep in mind they cannot imitate all of the voices very well so they try to keep talking to a minimum, but do use it to communicate.
Characters do not typically play games with the children in the mascot costumes because it is almost impossible to organize them and usually wastes a lot of time, so they send a party leader to each mascot party for no additional charge. Almost all parties are usually done by her staff as Wilcoxen cannot personally appear at all the parties.
