ENID, OK - Signs of progress can be seen at the old Kmart location on W. Garriott. Demolition is in progress for the development of Harbor Freight and Tractor Supply. The existing building will be divided and renovated for both businesses. Enid Kmart closed the doors on April 8, 2018.

Kmart Being Divided Into Two Businesses
Great to see development and progress as our town needs it, just awful it’s two businesses that a small percentage of the population needs or wound care about. Maybe one day I won’t have to keep going to OKC every Saturday to hit Target, Kohl’s, Best Buy, and so on…. still don’t get how a place like Joplin that’s smaller in every area has everything a “big city” has and we don’t.
Maybe Junior should just move to OKC. I’m thrilled to see these two businesses coming to Enid. Maybe someday we can get Home Depot here, too.
