Celebration of Life Service for Karen Louise Randall, 73, will be 11:00A.M. Monday, December 28, 2020 at Christian Church of the Covenant, 1205 S. Cleveland, Enid, OK, with Rev. Paul Ragle officiating. Arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory. The service will be available to view on the church website enidcovenant.org.
Karen was born on November 26, 1947 in Enid, Oklahoma to Jimmie and Doriene (Leierer) Kesner and died on December 18, 2020 in Oklahoma City.
She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in sociology from Phillips University. On November 23, 1966, she married Daniel Randall in Enid, OK, where they made their home. Karen’s first position after college graduation was with the Oklahoma City Police Department where she interviewed the first female Oklahoma City Police Officers. Karen was the Director of Life Long Learning for many years. She served as President of Youth and Family Services, was on the CDSA Board, and the Junior Welfare League. Karen was a member of Christian Church of the Covenant, PEO, Chapter FA and 2 RV travel clubs.
Karen was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Errol.
She is survived by her husband, Dan and her best friend rescue dog Callie of the home; two daughters, Stephanie Stevens and husband Zhawn of Dallas and their children Madison and Rogan, and Emily Crites and her husband Mike of Enid and their children Tori Porter and Michelle Crites; and four sisters Carol Hostler, Joyce Haines, Sandy Kirk, and Julie Blasdel.
