Jensen began his coaching career at Norman North High School in 2001 as an assistant baseball coach. He then joined the EHS staff as the EHS assistant baseball coach in 2002 where he helped coach for 17 years. Jensen has also coached for American Legion and Enid Majors Connie Mack where he has led the teams to earning numerous state championship titles.

Jensen received his bachelors of science in health, physical education, and recreation as well as a masters in education leadership from East Central University. He holds professional certifications in the following areas: health, physical education, driver’s education, middle school science, US government, Oklahoma history, world history, geography, US history, economics, and pre-k-12 principal.
-
Jensen expressed his enthusiasm to begin a new chapter for the EHS softball program.

Jensen and his wife, Kellie, have three children, one attending Waller Middle School, and twins attending Eisenhower Elementary.
-
Jensen replaces Danielle Smith, who was head softball coach at EHS for the last three years.
-
Tipps also said that Jensen’s positive attitude will be a great addition to the EHS softball program.
