Funeral services for Ervan Teske, 87 of Enid, will be Friday, August 21, 2020 at 10:00 am in Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dan Barrick officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation with the family present will be Thursday evening from 6:00-7:00 pm at the funeral home.
Ervan was born on July 2, 1933 in Taloga, Oklahoma to George and Ada Koehn Teske and died on August 14, 2020 in Enid.
He served in the U.S. Army, stationed in Alaska. Ervan worked for several years as an electrician at Vance Air Force Base until his retirement. He was a farmer and member of Enid First Assembly of God Church.
Ervan was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Banks Teske; daughter, Kimberly Teske-Jobes; parents, brother Arlie Teske, Sr.; sister, Verda Slimp.
He is survived by his wife, Doris; children, Terry Teske, Tim Teske, Sherri West; nine grandchildren, Melissa Teske-Sierra, Terri Teske-Fuller, Sarah Jobes-Clark, Andrew Teske, Kendall Teske, Maggie West-Powell, Clay West, Krista Herrara and Chad Shaver, fourteen great grandchildren, one great, great grandchild; sisters, Iona Green and Arlene Teske, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Memorials may be made through Anderson-Burris to OMRF-diabetes division.
