STILLWATER, OK - June 27, 2026 - Iron Munk
In 2015, Dave Monks and Jerod Millirons took a leap of faith and opened Stillwater’s first brewery. What started as a dream became a place where friendships were made, milestones were celebrated, and countless pints were shared. They built more than a brewery. They built a community.
Over the years, they’ve brewed beers that have become staples of Oklahoma craft beer, from Milk Stout and Payne County Imperial IPA to Stilly Wheat, Exit 174, Chocolate Habañero Stout, and so many more. None of this would have been possible without their passion, dedication, and belief in what local craft beer could become.
Iron Monk Brewing Company is located at 519 S. Husband St., in downtown Stillwater.
As Dave and Jerod pass the torch, they welcome Brady Sidwell of Enid Brewing Company as the new owner of Iron Monk.
While ownership is changing, the heart of Iron Monk is not. The beers aren’t going anywhere. Iron Monk's commitment to brewing quality craft beer and serving the Stillwater community remains exactly the same.
What is changing is the opportunity ahead. By joining forces with Enid Brewing Company, Iron Monk is creating an exciting partnership that allows them to collaborate, expand their offerings, and continue growing craft beer in Oklahoma.
Enid Brewing Company now has Iron Monk beer on draft so stop by and give it a try.
Enid Brewing Co. is Oklahoma’s first and only grain-to-glass brewery that brings together the heritage of local agriculture, the booming of craft beer, and Oklahoma’s new brand with a product that is truly Oklahoma-made. Located in the historic, downtown Masonic Temple, at 126. S Independence.
