Cheryl Lynette Metcalf (Breitenkamp)

Sunday, October 13th, 1968 - Saturday, November 11th, 2023

Services for Cheryl Metcalf will be 10:00 am, Friday, November 17, 2023 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church with Rev David Reber, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Zion Lutheran Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be from 6pm-7pm, Thursday at the funeral home. The family requests that bright colors be worn to the service to reflect her personality.

Cheryl was born October 13, 1968 in Enid to Harlo and Carol Breitenkamp and passed away November 11, 2023. She graduated from Garber High School. Cheryl obtained her degree from Concordia Lutheran College in Austin, Texas. While in college she met her husband, Kevin. They married May 23, 1992 at Zion Lutheran Church in Fairmont. They first lived in Temple, Texas, then moved to Enid. Cheryl worked for Advanced Foods for 25 years. She enjoyed attending her kids sporting and band events. Cheryl was a huge OSU Cowboys fan! She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. She loved to sing in the choir. Cheryl never met a stranger. She also spent a lot of time volunteering her time. Cheryl was a devoted daughter, sister, mother and grandmother. She loved her animals, and had two dogs, Molly and Ryder. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Cheryl is survived by her children, Amanda Metcalf and fiancé John Fuxa, Megan Moore and husband Devin, and Ryan Metcalf; granddaughter, Adalyn Metcalf; parents, Harlo and Carol Breitenkamp; sisters, Elizabeth Smith and husband Tim and Catherine Espinoza and husband Mark; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband.

Memorial donations may be made to Epilepsy Foundation of Oklahoma with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
