Carl Raymond Mack

January 16, 1937 - August 9, 2025

Mass of Christian Burial for Carl Mack, 88 of Drummond will be Saturday, August 16, 2025 at 10:30 am in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Bison with Reverend John Herrera celebrant. Burial will follow in Bison Cemetery under the direction of Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory, Enid. Recitation of the rosary will be Friday evening at 6:30 pm at the funeral home.

Carl Raymond Mack was born January 16, 1937 in Bison, Oklahoma to Charles Carl and Lucy Katherine (Felber) Mack and passed away August 9, 2025 at his home with his family by his side.

He grew up on the family farm and graduated from Waukomis High School. On November 5, 1960, Carl married Karen Peterman in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Bison. Carl proudly served in the military, was a member in Young Farmer of American, a school board member at Drummond, Drummond Coop Board Member and a board member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He was a great example of faith, family and forgiveness. Carl was a retired volunteer at Drummond Fire Department.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Karen Peterman Mack; five children and their spouses, Carla and Kevin Knight, Kevin Mack and Lori Runser, Christinia and Brent Hague, Curtis and Marcie Mack, Clint and Angie Mack; 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; seven siblings, Marcella Schovanec, Yvonne Wingard, Leroy and Elgeva Mack, Blanche Ryel, Sharon and Mike Pitman, Mary and Larry Cagigal, Larry and Karen Mack; many nieces, nephews and friends.

Carl was preceded in death by his parents, three siblings, Eleanor Watt, Dolores Knapik and Robert Mack; brothers-in-law, Charles Schovanec, Gary Wingard, and Jack Ryel.

A special thank you for the care given to Carl by Hospice Circle of Love and Champion caregivers. Memorials may be given through Anderson-Burris to Hospice Circle of Love or St. Joseph Catholic Church, Bison.
