PIZZA HUT MOVING

We've been told that Pizza Hut in front of Oakwood Mall has closed that location and will be moving to La Mesa West Shopping Center at Randolph and Oakwood where they will continue with delivery only service.

Carl's Jr. is now hiring for assistant managers to work in their store which will be included in the new Love's Truck Stop at 42nd and 412.

David Kennedy will be leaving the Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center for a new position as Curator at the U.S. Marshall Museum currently under construction in Ft. Smith, AR.

It was been confirmed that Billy Sims BBQ is coming to Enid. The new restaurant will be located in Nielsen Square where the old Quiznos was.

Fat Cat's Deli has closed their walk-in location on N. Grand. They want their supporters to know that they continue to do catering.

3 BOOMARANGS?

Construction continues at Willow and Grand (old Tia Juana location) on a new restaurant. From the outside it sure looks like it will be a 50's Diner. We've been told that there is a possible third Boomarang restaurant going in there.

TOKYO HIBACHI GRILL OPENING SOON

According to the latest posts from their Facebook Page, the Tokyo Hibachi Grill will be opening around Nov. 1. The new restaurant is located on the east end of Westgate Shopping Center.

FOOD TRUCKS EXPLODING IN ENID

Look for a new food truck location to spring up in the downtown area soon. New food trucks in the area include Jimmy Fatz, Moody Q BBQ and Urban Fire.

Dr. Bill G. Sloat, O.D. would like to welcome Dr. Bethany Hess, O.D. to his practice. Dr. Hess graduated from Waukomis High School in 2006. She received a Bachelor in Science with honors from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. She went on to graduate with honors from Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry in May 2015.
