Bradley Leroy Hutchison was born on April 8, 1953, in Enid, Oklahoma, to Bess and Melvin Hutchison, and passed away peacefully on December 31,2025, in Enid, Oklahoma.

Brad was raised in Enid and attended elementary school at St. Joseph's Catholic School, Waller Junior High, and graduated from Enid High School in 1971. He enjoyed sports at an early age, but it was football where Brad really excelled. He was All-State and All-Conference in High School. He was recruited early on by the University of Oklahoma, but ended up attending Central State University in Edmond, Oklahoma, on a football scholarship. There he was also a member and President of Acacia Fraternity. Due to an unfortunate knee injury that prematurely ended his football career, Brad moved back to Enid to work at the family grocery store, Roy's Super Market until its closing. He had many other careers which took him to Denver, Colorado and eventually back to Oklahoma where he made his home.

Brad is survived by his daughter Kristi Fossett and husband Ryan, his grandsons Jack and Max of Enid; his son Richard Hutchison and wife Sherry, grandsons Peyton and Simon of Piedmont; his sister Anne Gerszewski and husband Fran of Enid; his brother James Hutchison and wife Sherry of Edmond; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Bess and Melvin Hutchison, his sister Kay Goldstein, his brother Mark Hutchison, and his best friend David McCoy.
