Blinda Joyce Schroeder, 64, of Enid, passed away on Wednesday, July 29th, 2026, in Enid.
Visitation will be held at Amy Stittsworth Funeral Services, 2420 N. Washington St., Enid, OK, on Monday, August 3rd, and Tuesday, August 4th, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
A funeral service will be held at World Harvest Church, 1417 S. Garland Rd., Enid, OK, on Tuesday, August 11th, at TBD, with Jason Chism officiating. The family is handling the memorial arrangements.
Blinda was born in Wewoka, OK, to Raymond Babb and Merry Harper on May 23rd, 1962. Roberta Babb married Raymond in 1975 and became a mother figure to Blinda throughout most of her teenage and adult life. Blinda attended high school in Enid, OK. She spent much of her career working as a waitress, cook, and caregiver. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and she absolutely loved Dr. Pepper.
Blinda was preceded in death by her paternal and maternal grandparents; her father, Raymond Babb; both mothers, Merry Harper and Roberta Babb; her sister, Gayle Wilson; her brother, Gene Babb; and her daughter, Colene Schroeder.
Blinda is survived by her husband, Rocky Schroeder; her sister, Pam Villareal; her brother, David Dennis, and his wife, Darcy; her sister, Kathy Breen, and her husband, Cheyenne; her sister, Patricia Chism, and her husband, Jason; and her brothers, Raymond Babb Jr. and wife Brandy, Rodney Penner, and wife Cindy. Her children also survive her: Jolene Rogers and husband Matthew; Danny Schroeder and his wife, Charity; Rickie Wright; and Patrick Andrews and his wife, Tatum. She leaves behind 19 grandchildren, Emilio, Clarissa, Starla, Jeremy and Leigha, Landon, Logan, Trehvor, Emily, Gary, Camron, Gregory, Zoey, Abie, Macen, Svanna, Lee, Bryson, and Journie, and 12 great-grandchildren.
