Youth & Family Services Offering Mental Health Helpline

ENID, OK - Youth & Family Services of North Central Oklahoma is offering a free mental health helpline to help local citizens dealing with anxiety, depression, or any other issue during the COVID-19 crisis.

Tree Perkins, Youth and Family's director of development, said the grant for the helpline was paid for by United Way of Enid and Northwest Oklahoma.

The helpline is manned by Jay Redelsperger, a case manager with a masters degree and 16 years of experience.

Residents needing to talk should call the toll-free number at 866-324-2085. The helpline will be answered from 9am to 9pm seven days a week.
