ENID, Okla. - Are you ready for a worthwhile 5k and Fun Run? The Enid Junior Welfare League is presenting their "Warm Your Heart" run, 5K chip timed race for all runners. You'll be participating on a certified course circling through the downtown Enid area. At the completion of the race there will be coffee, refreshments, and door prizes.

Proceeds from the race will benefit the Enid JWL and Dover Public Schools. The top three male and female in each age division will receive awards. There will also be an overall male and female award.

The race date is Saturday, April 16, 2016. Runners will be guaranteed a short sleeved t-shirt if registered by April 6, 2016.

The cost for the 1 mile fun run is $15. 5K individual will pay $25 (may participate in the 1 mile fun run for free). 5K couples only pay $45 (may participate in the 1 mile fun run for free).

Not a runner, but feel like you really want to help? Sleepwalkers can pay $20 to receive a shirt but sleep in on race day! Naked Runners can donate $10 with no shirt and they get to sleep in on race day.

There will be a late registration from 8:00 - 8:30am on race day. Registration on race day will be an additional $5.00. Online registration for this event closes on April 13th.

The 1 mile Fun Run begins at 8:30am and the USATF certified 5K run starts at 9:00am. Packets can be picked up at Return Engagement, 123 N Grand Ave from 4:00-7:00pm on Friday, April 15th.
