ENID, Okla. - Sunday morning just before the lunch hour, a vehicle hopped the curb in the Willow Plaza Shopping Center and drove straight into Jiang Yuan Restaurant.

The vehicle completely entered the business destroying and knocking over tables and chairs. At the time of this posting there were no reports of injuries. One man was getting a haircut a few doors down and heard a big boom. People in Great Clips thought it might have been an earthquake. As they ran outside to see, they found a woman out of her vehicle screaming frantically.

Owners of the eatery wanted to stay open for the day but decided to close so that they could clean up the mess and board up the window. Jiang Yuan will reopen regular hours on Monday. They are located at 2201 W. Willow Rd.

Police and fire crews were on scene but have not released a report at this time.
