Teresa J. Harviston

Wednesday, January 7th, 1953 - Sunday, July 11th, 2021

A Celebration of Life for Teresa Jean Harviston, age 68, of Enid, will be 2:00 pm, Monday, July 19, 2021, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in the Bethany Cemetery on Southgate Road, Enid. Viewing and signing of the book will be at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home on Sunday, July 18, 2021 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.

Teresa was born January 7, 1953 in Berryville, Arkansas, to Russell and Vinnie “Virginia” (Middleton) Harviston, and passed away on Sunday, July 11, 2021.

She is survived by her daughter, Angel Nelson; son, Junior “Mike” Fletcher; brother, Ronald Harviston; seven grandchildren; Te’a, Tevan, Elizabeth, Tyler, Shay-Leigh, Dakota, and Kody; seven great-grandchildren; many cousins, nieces, nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews. Her host of “friend created” family is also too many to mention but too important to Teresa to not be mentioned or included.

Teresa is preceded in death by her parents, Russell Sr. and Virginia Harviston brothers, Russell, Jr.; Dennis and Randy Harviston; her sisters, Rebecca Green and Rhonda Harviston; and her son, Russell Keith Charles Harviston.

She loved cooking, planting flowers, spending time with her friends, and always giving of her time. She always wanted to care for or help others, “Mother Teresa.” Teresa was known for her ornery side and will forever be remembered that way. A “handful”, who lived her life the way she wanted, with a smile on her face and a mumble under her breath. She is loved and will be missed dearly.

Memorial contributions in Teresa’s name may be made to Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home to help with funeral and burial expenses.
