Steven Ray Rork

The celebration of life for Steven R. Rork, 62 year-old Lahoma resident is 5:00PM Monday, November 25, 2019 in the Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home Chapel.

Steven was born December 8, 1956 in Enid to Kenneth and Jessie (Glor) Rork and died Wednesday, November 20, 2019 in Lahoma. He attended Carrier schools and graduated from Chisolm High School in 1975. After gradauation he enlisted in the United States Air Force. He was first stationed in Abilene, Texas and Fairbanks, Alaska. He remained in Fairbanks for some years working as a civilian contractor for the Air Force. He later worked as a self-employed painter in construction.

He enjoyed running and competed in many 5k and 10k races.

He is survived by two daughters, Mandy and Jad Deakins, and their children, Kaden and Kyler of Piedmont, OK and Stevie Rachor and her children, Hunter, Lane, and Mykael of Oregon; His Mother Jessie Rork of Lahoma, Two brothers, Gary and Roy Rork, and two sisters Sharon Koehn and Linda Cottom.

He was preceded in death by his Father Kenneth.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his name to the funeral home.
