Services for Stacy Lynn Carden, 47, Enid, will be held on Friday, March 3, 2016 in the Stittsworth Memory Chapel. Committal prayers and interment will be in Ft. Gibson National Cemetery under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service and Cremation Directors. Military rites will be conducted by the United States Navy.
Stacy was born on August 24, 1968 in Tulsa, the son of Ronald and Lynn Periman Carden, and passed away peacefully on February 26, 2016 in Enid. He was raised and educated in Tulsa, graduating from Will Rogers High School in 1987. Stacy served his country in the United States Navy where he worked on the USS Josephus Daniels. Stacy studied Engineering at Old Domion University, later working as a self-employed contractor.
Survivors include his mother, Linda C., McQuaig, step-father, John R. McQuaig; sons, Joshua J. Jordan, Gavin T. Carden, Gabriel J. Carden; sisters, Stephanie R. Goswick, Amber D. Harp; brother, Jeffrey D. Carden; three step-sisters, Shelly R. McGuire, Kimberly A. Wimmer, and Stephanie D. Gonzales; step-brother, Robbie Bridges; two grandchildren, Joshua Jordan, Jr., and Jaelynn Jordan.
