Rebecca Lu “Becki” Sayre, 72, of Enid, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on February 2, 2026 (she loved her even numbers). She was born November 16, 1953, in Wichita, Kansas.
Becki was married to her beloved husband, Dale Sayre, for 50 years. She dedicated over 30 years to education and was especially known as the Spanish teacher at Oklahoma Bible Academy, where she inspired generations of students.
Her greatest joy was her family, particularly her grandchildren, whose activities she faithfully followed and attended whenever possible. She was also known for her thoughtful habit of sending cards at just the right time, offering encouragement and reminding others they were loved.
She is survived by her husband, Dale Sayre; her children, Christian Sayre and wife Jessica, and Angela Baldwin and husband Ryan; her grandchildren, Londyn and Gavin Baldwin, Amour and Andrew Easton, and Declan and Dax Sayre; her sister, Gay Willson; and her brother, David Dopps and wife Lynn.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Mona Beth Dopps (Farrow), her stepfather, Paul Farrow, and her stepbrothers Eddie Farrow, and Joe Paul Farrow.
A celebration of life will be held February 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Emmanuel Enid.
Flowers may be sent to Emmanuel Enid prior to service.
