NWOSU Baseball Invites You To The Ballpark

ENID, OK - Baseball, Hot Dogs & Apple Pie is sponsored by the Northwestern Foundation & Alumni Association in partnership with Northwestern's Enid Campus. The event takes place on Tuesday, April 11 at David Allen Memorial Ballpark in Enid, OK. All youth players and coaches receive free admission, and players will receive free t-shirts. The Rowdy Rangers prepare the hot dogs for the event and the hot dogs, apple pie and drink meal is complimentary for all in attendance. Youth players run around the bases, and the name of a youth pitcher is drawn to throw out the first pitch. Photos are available with Ranger baseball players and the Northwestern mascot Rowdy. Names of youth players are drawn at the top of the 1st, 3rd and 5th innings for prizes including signed baseballs and t-shirts plus other items.

Northwestern students receive free admission with student ID. To participate, youth teams must submit their names and contact phone number to Tiffany Misak at tdmisak@nwosu.edu or 580-213-3102 by April 4.

Ranger baseball alumni and former coaches will be recognized at the game and are invited to join us for “Warm-up in the Ranger Bullpen” from 5-6 pm at Enid Brewing Company, 126 S. Independence Ave.

For more information about the event, contact John Allen, Director of Alumni Relations, Northwestern Foundation & Alumni Association, at jwallen@nwosu.edu or 580-327-8594.
