Funeral services for Mary Lou (Phillips) Haines, 61, Enid resident, will be held at 9:30 am on Friday, August 8, 2025 in the Covington Baptist Church with Pastor Tommy Donaldson and Pastor Phillip Gregg officiaiting. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Covington Cemetery under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service.
Mary was born on April 23, 1964 in Yale, Oklahoma, the daughter of James Thomas and Mary Ann Brandon Phillips, and passed away peacefully Saturday, August 2, 2025 at her residence. Mary was raised in Shamrock, Oklahoma. Mary moved to Covington and attended the 10th grade. She attended the First Baptist Church of Covington. Mary married Orloff Harry Haines in Marshall, Oklahoma on September 28, 1981.
Survivors include her husband Orloff of the residence; sons, Joe Haines of the home, Jeff Haines of Enid, Tucker, Riley and Aiden; daughter Jennifer Burton of Fort Walton Beach, Florida. 5 grandchildren. Brother. Tommy Phillips of Drumright, Oklahoma.
