Mark R. English, 78, died at AllianceHealth Ponca City on Monday, Aug. 1, 2016. He was born on Sept. 15, 1937 in Chicago, Ill., to Mark W. and Lillian English.
Mark was a retired military veteran who served three tours in Vietnam. He was a member of Free Will Baptist church of Ponca City,. He is survived by his wife, Loyce English; daughter, Nancy Karp, of Seattle, Wash.; four step-daughters, Debby McCullough, Tammy Johnson, Melody Denke and Lisa Jones and one step-son, Steven Cathey; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Friday, Aug. 5, at 10:30 a.m. at Free Will Baptist Church, Ponca City. Arrangements are under the kind guidance of Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service and Cremation Directors, Enid.
