The Mass of Christian Burial for Marcelina Munoz Gomez, 81 year-old Enid resident will be Friday, February 27, 2026 at 10:00AM in St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. Rev. Robert Miller will officiate. Burial will follow in Calvry Cemetery under the direction of Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home. Recitation of the Rosary will be Thursday evening at 6:00PM in the Henninger-Hinson Chapel.
Marcelina was born July 18, 1944 in Acatic, Mexico to Juan Munoz and Leonides Gomez and died Sunday, February 22, 2026 in Integris Bass Baptist Health Center in Enid after a brief illness. On June 16, 1964, she married Guadalupe Delgadillo in Mexico.
In 1991 she and the kids moved to Enid to join her husband. She worked for a time with Advance Foods and later with NOC. Marcelina was a long-time member of St. Francis Catholic Church. She enjoyed tending her garden and sewing.
She is survived by her six children, Fernando, Veronica, Ramona, Silvia, Adrian, and Jose Jr., 18 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Carmen, one brother Ramiro, and one sister Maria.
