Celebration of Life Service for Laura Justus, 64 of Enid, will be January 2, 2026 at 1:00 pm in AB Circle of Life Event Center, 3022 N. Van Buren, Enid. Cremation arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory.
Laura was born August 6, 1961 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Robert and Patricia (Griffin) Poole and passed away suddenly on December 11, 2025 at her home in Enid.
She grew up in Oklahoma City and moved to Enid in recent years. Laura loved her family and friends with all her heart. She loved being surrounded by her family and spending time with them. Laura gathered many people she met along her life’s path. She was a friend to all. Laura loved animals and if she could have, she would have adopted dozens. During her time in Enid, she worked at McDonalds and Popeyes. Many of her customers and co-workers remember her quick wit as well as her kindness.
Laura was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by two children, Jeremiah Adair and Samantha Adair, both of Waurika, Oklahoma; grandson, Rocky Wayne Adair; brother and his wife, John and Ladonna Poole of Enid; sister, Sharon Adams of Moore, Oklahoma; nephew, Christoper Adams; nieces, Donita McClurg, Tracey Hardy, Johnette Poole, Nicole Graf, Amber Hicks, and Ashleigh Adams; many great nieces, and nephews; and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Enid SPCA or charity of your choice.
