Jackie was born to Lindsey and Velma (Warren) Tackett on January 9, 1934, in Briartown, Oklahoma, and on June 14, 2017, Jackie went to be with Jesus.

Jackie graduated from Blackwell High School. She married the love of her life, Dale K. Leslie on August 4, 1951 in Newkirk, Oklahoma. They made their home in Blackwell until retiring to Enid in 1987. Jackie loved visiting and helping people and never met a stranger. Jackie had an infectious smile. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by Dale, her loving husband of nearly 66 years; her two children, Vicki Stuever (Charlie) of Enid and Ken Leslie (Teri) of Rochester, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Jade Powell, Jason Stuever (Jill) all of Enid, Jessica Edgerton (Matt) of Springfield, Oregon and Justin Eide (Melissa) of Rochester, Minnesota; great-grandchildren, Maeli Powell, Logan and Henry Stuever, Carson and Connor Eide, and Ava and Ali Edgerton; sister, Phyllis Wooderson of Blackwell.

Jackie was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Kenneth and sister, Earlene.
