Jack Kenneth Cisco

Funeral services for Jack Cisco, 90 of Enid, will be Thursday, December 28, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Bobby R. Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, December 27, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.

Jack was born December 17, 1927 in Cisco, Arkansas to Thomas and Alice Cisco. He passed away on December 23, 2017 at his home in Enid.

Jack was raised in Cisco, Arkansas. He married Wanda Root on December 24, 1948. They moved to Enid in 1955, where they raised five children. Jack was a hard worker. He owned Jacks Barber Shop for 66 years. He also owned Cisco Tree Trimming and Cisco Hay Hauling business.
Jack loved his barber shop and visiting with his clientele. This was a second home for him. He had a wealth of friends that were regular customers and many who stopped in to swap stories and visit. Jack loved being involved in the community. Being a WWII veteran, he enjoyed cutting their grass and taking doughnuts to the VFW. Jack loved his family, dancing, and good old country music.

Survivors include his children, Virginia Garrison, Sandi Johnson, Ken and Terri Cisco, David and Pam Henneke all of Enid, and Kurt Cisco of Dallas, Texas; Grandchildren, Shaun Johnson, Kimberli Weston, Tana Garrison, Kaci Cisco, Kristen Cisco, Shaun and Allie Mach, Kelsey, and Thomas White, Morgan Liesenfelt and Carson Liesenfelt; Seven great grandchildren, and one great, great grandchild.

Jack was preceded in death by 11 siblings, Ruth Mangione, William Cisco, Ethmer Cisco, Hugh Cisco, R.C. Cisco, Thomas Cisco, Lucille Miller, Bob Cisco, Joe Dale Cisco, Audrey Cash, and Ernest Cisco; and Wanda Cisco Waken, the mother of his children.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Christ Community Church.
