Ina Jean Fromme, age 99, of Enid, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, in Greenbrier Nursing Home.
A family graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Jim Edmison officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory.
Ina was born on March 1, 1926, on a farm west of Alva, Oklahoma, to George and Ina Mooreland Bryson. She grew up in the Alva community, attending Alva Westside Grade School and Alva High School, later graduating from North Dallas Hills High School. She furthered her education at Enid Business School, preparing for a lifetime of hard work and service.
Early in her career, Ina worked for Bendix Westinghouse in Oklahoma City. On March 9, 1945, she married the love of her life, Ralph Fromme. They shared many years together until his passing on November 23, 1982.
Ina was a woman of strength, resilience, and quiet determination. She valued family deeply and maintained close ties with those she loved throughout her long and meaningful life.
She is survived by her nieces, Debi Williams, Marilyn Rook Potter, and Linda Cloutier, along with other cherished family members.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ralph; her sisters, Bernice Lawson, Lois Provost, and Lena McJunkin; and her brothers, Mart Bryson and Paul Bryson.
Memorials may be made to Hospice Circle of Love, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory serving as custodians of the funds.
