The public is invited to attend both events. At the ribbon cutting, the special guest will be Enid native and world-renowned violinist Kyle Dillingham, known for playing the violin as he skateboards. The grand opening will consist of a clinic on basic skateboarding techniques, a skate competition game, and giveaways.
