Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day
Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event is coming up on Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Crosslin Park. Residents can safely dispose of household hazardous waste and materials. Entry will be from 1520 W. Oxford Avenue. Accepted materials: Pesticides and herbicides Oil-based paints and stains Lawn care products Pool chemicals Old fuels Craft and hobby supplies Pharmaceuticals Accepted recyclables: Cardboard Paper Aluminum cans Tin cans #1 and #2 plastic Not accepted: Commercial waste Ammunition or explosives Medical or infectious waste Radioactive waste Mixed chemicals Please help keep our community clean and safe by disposing of these […]
Kites Over Enid
Festival 2026-Kites Over Enid will be held May 2nd & 3rd, 2026 from 10 am to 4 pm both days. Take a kite, a lawn chair and a hat and join everyone for two fun filled days of flying kites. Richard Dermer Memorial Flying Field behind Autry Technology Center, located at 1201 W Willow. Flying field accessible only from N. Van Buren. Turn west on Mulberry and proceed to field. Parking is on the grass east of the flying field.
Enid Baseball vs Noble
Enid vs Noble Get out and support the home team! Go Big Blue! The Plainsmen play at David Allen Memorial Ballpark, site of the NJCAA Division II World Series. Home for Enid High, Northern Oklahoma College and numerous summer teams. Seating capacity is 3000 seated fans.

PEAK FIGHTING MMA Peak Fighting Championship (PFC) is a rapidly growing American Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) promotion founded in 2018, primarily focused on showcasing professional and amateur fighters in the Southern U.S., specifically Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. The organization is known for hosting events that often include a hybrid mix of MMA, 4 oz Muay Thai, and bare-knuckle fighting.
