EPS Students To Receive Free Meals Thru Dec. 31

ENID, OK - Enid Public Schools has received funding from the United States Department of Agriculture to provide free meals to all children through December 31, 2020.

Beginning today, September 3, EPS provides free breakfast and lunch to all EPS students at all school sites. Free lunches will also be provided to EPS virtual students and any child in the Enid area, provided they are 18 or younger.

“We knew this would be a challenging year for many reasons,” said Dr. Sam Robinson, Chief Financial Officer for EPS. “The last thing we want families in Enid to worry about is feeding their children. We are thankful that the USDA provided the funding for us to provide this essential service to families.”

Any child or virtual student 18 or younger can pick up free meals in the drive between Central Kitchen and the Administrative Service Center starting September 8, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

All children needing a lunch must be present in the vehicle when picking up at Central Kitchen.
