ENID, OK - The Board of Directors of the Greater Enid Chamber of Commerce today announced that Ryan Zaloudek has been named the next President & CEO, effective January 1, 2026.

Zaloudek's experience in workforce and economic development through her role as business training specialist at Autry Technology Center has allowed her to collaborate with businesses across manufacturing, municipalities, retail, healthcare, and professional services. Her work has also included extensive partnerships with Vance Air Force Base, supporting training and development initiatives for military and civilian personnel.
She has led a range of workforce initiatives, community partnerships, and small- and large-scale events, and is an active member of the Oklahoma Academy of State Goals and Enid SHRM.
Zaloudek holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Oklahoma State University and is completing her MBA with a focus in Non-Profit Management and Business Sustainability, also at OSU.
"I'm honored to step into this role and am grateful for the strong foundation Jon has built," Zaloudek said. "Enid's business community is full of energy and opportunity, and I'm excited to collaborate with our members and partners in the years ahead.
My first priority is to listen - to learn from our members, understand their needs, and support the strategic goals that will continue moving our community forward."
Blankenship has served the Enid Chamber for more than 30 years. His tenure includes major milestones such as:
• Strengthening legislative advocacy at the state and federal levels.
• Expanding business-engagement and helping establish the Enid/ Garfield County
• Development Alliance (now the Enid Regional Development Alliance)
• Building strong local and regional partnerships
• Guiding the Chamber through years of organizational stability and community impact
