Crafting the Perfect Avocado Breakfast

For this dish, you'll need the following ingredients:

Ripe avocado, 1 piece
Tomatoes, 1 piece each
Slices of bread
Eggs, 4 pieces
Sunflower oil, 1 tablespoon
Salt, to taste
Choose medium-sized tomatoes or two small ones.

Let's get started:

Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit using a knife.
Scoop out the flesh from the skin using a spoon. Mash it well with a pestle or fork. You can soften the avocado with a fork. To make a delicious breakfast, the fruit should be soft and ripe.
Transfer the mashed avocado to a separate bowl.
Finely chop the tomatoes and add them to the bowl with the avocado.
Add salt to taste.
Mix the ingredients well. At this stage, you can also add some lemon juice to create an original guacamole sauce.
Now, spread the resulting mixture onto yeast-free bread.

Place a poached egg on top. Here's how to poach an egg:

Boil water in a pot and bring it to a simmer. Add a bit of sunflower oil to the simmering water.
Crack an egg into a dish.
Use a spoon to create a vortex in the simmering water. Once you've formed a funnel, quickly pour the egg into it.
Poach for 4-5 minutes.
Remove the poached egg and place it on top of the bread with the avocado-tomato mixture. Poach each egg separately.

Your avocado breakfast is ready. You can optionally add balsamic sauce on top.
