June 29, 1983 - June 4, 2022
Christopher LaRoy Vasquez was born on June 29, 1983 in Enid, and passed away June 4, 2022. He went by many names to include “taco”, “crispy”, “dolphin flogger”, and “baby girl.” Chris had the biggest heart. He was a lover and loved everyone and everything. Even though he didn’t have much, he always found a way to help others. He never wanted to see anyone or anything, suffering. He never complained about helping others and was counted on by so many.
He truly just wanted those around him to be happy.
To Chris, family was everything, even though at times he had an awkward way of showing it. He loved going to Hayward lake, camping with his family, and just spending time with family. He would walk in the room and instantly things got better as he cracked jokes or called you by the special name he made for you. His love for his family was beyond measure, and he meant more to his family than he could ever know.
His infectious smile, contagious laughter, and amazing sense of humor will be deeply missed. His willingness to put others first and drop everything to help them, will be truly missed. His deep and profound love for his family and friends will never be forgotten.
On June 4th, 2022, the Vasquez family lost a son, a brother, an uncle, a father, soon to be a grandfather, and honestly so much more. The impact will be felt by many and he will be truly missed.
Please join a Celebration of Life for Christoper Vasquez on June 11th from 3pm-5pm. His family invites friends and those that knew him and loved him, to gather at the Champion’s Gym at 700
N Tenth St, in Enid. They plan to share stories, memories and laughs in honor of Chris. There will be light refreshments available.
