Carl Dean Winters

Carl Winters was born on October 15, 1958 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Virgil and Fran Winters and died on December 26, 2019 in Enid.

He grew up in Pauls Valley and Hugoton, Kansas. Carl moved to Ada, Oklahoma and later to Lucien Oklahoma on the family farm. He was a beautician for many years. In 2002, Carl moved to Enid and worked in several nursing homes in the dietary department.

He was a very talented gentleman, who enjoyed being an artist, chef, and donated many crocheted afghans he made to American Veterans.

Carl was preceded in death by his partner, Duke Manuel; father, Virgil; brother, James; sister, Sonia.

He is survived by his mother, Fran; two brothers, Michael Winters and Brian Winters and wife, Elizabeth; many nieces and nephews.

His family will hold a private family memorial service.
