Bette Lynn Felber

Mass of Christian Burial for Bette Lynn Felber will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 9, 2019 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Bison, OK with Reverend Edward Menasco officiating. Burial will follow the service in the Bison Cemetery under the direction of Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home. Visitation with family will be Friday, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Bette was born May 6, 1924 in Weatherford, OK to Homer and Alma (Taylor) Jones and passed away Monday, November 4, 2019 in Enid.

On February 2, 1948, she married Victor L. Felber in Fort Smith, AR. The couple made their home on a farm North East of Bison where Bette and Victor raised their family.

Bette was a proud member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, St. Joseph Catholic Church, Bison and St Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Enid. She enjoyed Bob Wills music in her later years, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.

Bette is survived by her sons, Roger Felber of Bison; Mark Felber of Hennessey; daughter, Joyce Duke and husband, Larry of Grand Lake Monkey Island.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sons, Bradley and Brian Patrick Felber; step-daughter, Bobye Story and sister, Billie Joy Jones.

Memorial may be made to the Bison Cemetery with the funeral home acting as custodian of the fund.
