Graveside service for Barbara Sutton Philbrick, 80 of Lahoma, will be Friday, January 2, 2026 at 3:00 pm in Enid Cemetery. Arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory.
Barbara was born May 31, 1945 in Lepanto, Arkansas to James Lee and Stella Syble (Fondren) Sweeney and passed away December 31, 2025 in Enid.
She grew up in Dyess, Arkansas and graduated high school in the San Diego, California area. Barbara married Paul Sutton and they had 3 children. In 1992, they moved to Enid and she worked for many years at Kinder Connections until her retirement. Barbara was a member of Bible Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren and reading.
Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Sutton in 1999; parents; four brothers and a sister.
She is survived by her children, Kevin (Joyce) Sutton, Ryan (Amber) Sutton and Carla Sutton; five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
